Exporter.bg is featuring the wines of the Macedonian Stobi Winery. They are imported to Bulgaria by Eurotim Ltd., which is Stobi's Bulgarian partner.

Open ruby nuance and strong aroma with recognizable wild strawberry, cherry and blue plum.
Light red, but well structured with soft and pleasant tannins which provide its fullness, softness and complexity.
It is ideally served at 15-17°C with seafood, fresh-water fish, neutral cheese, prosciutto, rabbit meat with mushroom sauce.
