Intensive dark color, dense and potent, with soft tannins.
Strong fruity aroma of berries, enriched with notes of pepper and black pepper.
Tenable, dry and fully rounded taste in the mouth.
It is ideally served at 15-17°C with venison, red meat, grilled pork, prosciutto, old cheese and roast lamb.
