Our Cabernet Franc is instantly recognisable by its beautiful, vivid ruby colour.
This wine consists of a wonderful range of aromas, which include those of well ripened cherries, blackcurrants, touches of vanilla, and an unforgettable final notes of spices and roasted pepper.
This is a wine to be savoured and explored, allowing the drinker to discover scents of both the orchard and the earth.
The flavours are well balanced, and held in an elegant and juicy body, picked out by velvety tannins and a mild, memorable finish.
An ideal accompaniment to ripe yellow cheeses, pork meat cooked with aromatic sauces, and lamb.
