Domaine Peshtera Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2010

Domaine Peshtera Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2010 is one of the stars of our high quality selection, and is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown in our own vineyards to the principles of classical red wine technology.

35% of the wine has been carefully aged in French oak barrels for a minimum period of 6 months in order to develop subtler notes, and to allow the delicate flavors and aromas held in these superb grapes to come forward.

The result is a wine of an intense red colour, with an elegant garnet tinge, holding rich scents of blackberry, vanilla, oak and chestnut.

This wine benefits from a velvety texture with a long, memorable and highly aromatic finish.

It is a perfect match for a veal pepper steak, although is equally delightful savoured on its own.
