Domaine Peshtera Merlot Reserve 2010

Domaine Peshtera Merlot Reserve 2010 is produced from our highest quality Merlot grapes, grown to traditional methods in our own vineyards, managed with the principles of classical red wine technology.

40% of the wine has been aged in French oak barrels, for a minimum period of 6 months.

The result is astonishing, and frankly unforgettable – a wine of a rich red colour, holding intriguing fruity scents packed with fascinating hints of dried fruit, spices and sweet caramel.

The wine is a well balanced one, featuring a harmonious body, resplendent with soft tannins, followed by a long and memorable aftertaste.

For maximum enjoyment, serve this Merlot alongside spicy meatballs, or a pork steak with mustard.

It is also equally good as a companion to avocado salads, seafood risotto, or white chicken meat.

This wine is also splendid with good with all manner of meals featuring blue cheese, such as stuffed dates or roasted potatoes with blue cheese.
