PREMIUM WINES: PREMIUM RED WINES AMINTA – Quality dry red wine (0,75l) Cuvèe from Vranec, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with intense dark ruby color. The strong rustic Vranec is elegantly tamed with the soft Merlot, complemented by the delicate Cabernet Sauvignon. Soft and concentrated, reinforced with herbal notes. It is best served at 15-17°C with mature cheese from Galichnik, prosciutto, venison with marmalades, roast veal, lamb, pork and Macedonian plates with okra. WINNER OF A GOLD MEDAL “BALKAN WINE COMPETITION”, AND A GOLD MEDAL “NOVOSADSKI SAJAM”, Commended at “DECANTER World Wine Awards” VRANEC VERITAS – Quality dry red wine (0,75l) Wine of the variety Vranec. It is obtained by intentionally reducing the yield of the vineyard. The removal of entire clusters leads to a significant concentration of the taste of the yield which remains for harvest. It is full with sugar, polyphenols (antioxidants), colored substances and specific aromatic compound. Dark-ruby, colored strongly, corpulent, with a big dry extract. Wine with great potential for aging. Natural cure for cardiovascular diseases. It is ideally served at 15-17°C with roast pork, prosciutto, venison, fatty cheese, lamb and veal. Penetrating aromas of berries with roasted and smoked hints, spicy notes with mineral tone. Thick, soft, warm, suitable with veal, roasted pork, lamb, mature cheese, roasted sweet chestnuts. Full, warm, soft. It is very appropriate as an appetizer with smoked fish, sea food, cheese, and in summer with fruity appetizers, asparagus, artichoke, pineapple and light white meat. WINNER OF A SILVER MEDAL “VINOVITA”, AND A SILVER MEDAL “NOVOSADSKI SAJAM” ELITE WINES: ELITE RED WINE ROXANA – Quality semi-sweet red wine (0,5l) Cuvée from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Vranec. Grown at the warm and ultimately sunlit hills of the locality “Marenski ushi”. Dark ruby color with strong attractive aroma of berries, grapes, dark plums. The residual natural sugar makes it warm, soft, consistent and harmonious. It is ideally served with dessert at 10-12°С, but also as an aperitif. A glass of Roxana – a glass of health. Cheers! ELITE ROSE WINE ROSE ALLEGRO – Quality dry rose wine (0,75l) Wonderful rose color gained from the variety Syrah. Strong, emphasized fruity aroma of berries, especially raspberry. The taste is full, soft, sophisticated with strong complexity. Appetizing wine, served with mature cheese, prosciutto, fish, as well as grilled meat. It is ideally served at a temperature of 10-12°C. QUALITY RED WINES ANTIGONA – Quality semi-dry red wine (0,75l/0,187l) Semi-dry red wine made from recommended varieties for the Tikvesh vineyards, Vranec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. Recognisable and attractive ruby colour. Fruity and spicy aromas prevail, and fill the soft, but long taste. It is best served at 13-15°C with traditional Macedonian plates, but also dry meat and old cheese. PINOT NOIR – Quality dry red wine (0,75l/0,187l) Open ruby nuance and strong aroma with recognizable wild strawberry, cherry and blue plum. Light red, but well structured with soft and pleasant tannins which provide its fullness, softness and complexity. It is ideally served at 15-17°C with seafood, fresh-water fish, neutral cheese, prosciutto, rabbit meat with mushroom sauce. WINNER OF A SILVER MEDAL “ROYAL WINE CHALLENGE”, AND A SILVER MEDAL “NOVOSADSKI SAJAM” VRANEC – Quality dry red wine (0,75l/0,187l) Dark ruby colour, with accentuated aroma of grapes which later is intertwined with descreet aroma of cherry and sour cherry. Robust, full, concentrated, rich with soft and pleasant tannins. Helps reduce fat, triglycerides and cholesterol in the blood. QUALITY ROSE WINE ROSE – Quality semi-dry rose wine (0,75l/0,187l) Attractive light rose nuance. The wine is made with white technology from the variety Pinot Noir with short maceration. Pleasant aroma of dry fruits, plums, berries. Sweetish and harmonious, long-lasting flavor. It is served in every occasion, especially as a desert with sweet cookies, fruits, at a temperature of 6-8°C. TRADITIONAL WINES: MACEDONIAN RED – Semi-sweet red wine (1l) A distinctive and harmonious tone, complex performance, traditional recipe, artistic masterpiece – infallible part of every festivity. Semi-sweet wine with open ruby color, made from the varieties Vranec, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The fragrant complex is fruity, spicy with notes of berries and raisins. The taste is soft, full, smooth, harmonious, long-lasting. It is ideally served at 10-12°C with red meat, cheese and dry cookies as a desert. VRANEC VILAROV – Semi-dry red wine (1l) Powerful, strong and rich tones with the intensity and the uniqueness of the one-of-a-kind 7/8 rhythm, true masterpiece! Semi-dry wine with dark ruby color. Aroma of dark fruits, plums, berries. Long-lasting flavor, light, balanced, sweetish, invigorating. This is a wine for every day. It is ideally served at a temperature of 12-15°C with pork, roasted veal, mature cheese, prosciutto, but as well as with desert. ROSE – Semi-dry rose wine (1l) The perfect tone is neither sweet, nor cruel, it is an ideal balance which is born in the crafty hands of the passionate artisan. Attractive light rose nuance. The wine is made with white technology from the variety Pinot Noir with short maceration. Pleasant aroma of dry fruits, plums, berries. Sweetish and harmonious, long-lasting taste. It is served in every occasion, especially as a desert with sweet cookies, fruits, at a temperature of 6-8°C. SMEDEREVKA – Dry white wine (1l) Unique tone, true symphony of flavors and aromas, from light serenades to smooth jazz and hot brass band and complex classic music. Wine made from the grape variety Smederevka, grown on specific terrains and expositions of the Tikvesh vineyards. Greenish nuance with crystal reflection, fresh, fruity, strong. We recommend it at a temperature of 8-10°C. In the summer hot days it can also be used for a refreshing spritzer (wine and soda) with light appetizers, white meat, cheese, fish, green seasonal salads. ŽILAVKA – Dry white wine (1l) Complex tone with a characteristic intensity for the southern spirit, tapped into gypsy melodies, on the path through warm, sunny valleys and cold, infinite mountains. Greenish color with crystal reflection. It has an emphasized vegetal and herbal aroma of resin. Long-lasting, soft, gentle eucaliptic taste. Wine of high quality, created for fish, sea food, prosciuto, salads with asparagus, peas. It is best served at 8-10°C. GRAŠEVINA – Dry white wine (1l) The vivid, light and full tones in thousands of combinations of impressive vigorous aromas create a harmony which echoes long after. Light, bright yellow-greenish color. Clean aroma, fresh taste, potable. Fruity aroma of green apple, peach, herbal fresh peas. The taste is well emphasized, conventiently sourish, dry, lively, with long finish. It is best served at a temperature of 8-10°C. MAKEDONSKO BELO – Dry white wine (1l) We created this wine to hang out with it every day, in every occasion. A blend of Smederevka and Rkaciteli. Fresh, light, nonchalant, subtle, refreshing, soft. This is a wine that goes with the main meal, especially with light white meat, fish, grainy vegetables, cheese. It is best served at a temperature of 8-10°C.
